I'm Holly Mudge, owner/founder of BAYSE. collective, and I bring over two decades of knowledge and expertise to the beauty industry.
My passion for bridal makeup stems from my own experiences, enabling me to understand and empathise with the pressures today’s brides face. My commitment is to create a relaxed energy and trust they’re in the best hands.
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of collaborating with numerous talented creatives in the fashion world. In recent years, my focus has shifted towards TV and commercial work, as well as advertising and branding. Trusted by some of Perth's leading photographers and stylists, I take pride in enhancing their clients' portraits, business branding, and headshots.
My jam is enhancing natural beauty with beautiful, flawless skin, and my weapon of choice is my airbrush gun. Evenly dispersing product onto the skin, gradually building and correcting only where needed. Setting to perfection and lasting all through the day to night.

Jasmine Lee is an incredibly sort after, accomplished makeup artist based here in Perth, Western Australia. Specialising in Soft Glam, Glamour and Bridal makeup. With over 10 years of industry experience and qualifications in Makeup Services (Diploma & Certificate II), Jasmine brings expertise and creativity to every client.
Passionate about sharing her knowledge, Jasmine offers one-on-one private training in studio. Known for her ability to celebrate diversity and create a welcoming, comfortable experience, Jasmine is dedicated to inspiring others and elevating the art of makeup.

Melisa Sainoski, aka Styling by Mel, has been making waves in Perth’s hairstyling scene since 2020, and now she’s bringing her magic to BAYSE Collective by appointment. A qualified hairdresser and a mum of two, Mel’s passion lies in wedding and event hairstyling, along with 1:1 styling lessons to for all skill levels—from complete beginners to seasoned professionals looking to master the art of sleek sophistication.

Having ventured into the corporate world after my studies, I soon realised something was missing- a creative outlet. Fueled by a deep love for beauty, I dedicated evenings to honing my craft through courses led by exceptional makeup artists.
In 2011, I truly embraced the realm of makeup artistry. Beyond colour and technique, makeup is a transformative experience, enhancing my clients to feel like an elevated version of themselves. I firmly believe in the magic of radiant skin and highlighting one's inherent features. My mission is to empower every client to radiate their best selves, capturing the unique beauty that defines them.

Connor brings over 15 years of experience in the fashion industry and more than a decade in the makeup industry, with a passion for creating glowing, flawless skin and balanced, beautifully enhanced features.
Her career spans an impressive range of work, from feature films and television (including How to Please a Woman, Runt, and The Twelve) to international fashion weeks, editorials in Vogue Britain and Hello May Magazine, and countless weddings across Perth, Western Australia, and destinations like New Zealand, Italy, France, and London.
As a fully qualified MAC Pro Artist with an Advanced Certificate in Makeup Artistry, Connor is celebrated for her creative vision and her ability to connect with clients, turning every session into a transformative and empowering experience.
Connor’s philosophy is that makeup is more than just a service—it’s a celebration of individuality and a gift of confidence for life’s most memorable moments.
